  1. Population and dissenters: We have upward of Two Hundred Families but not one dissenter of Any sort or Denomination.

  2. Public or charity schools: We have no Charity school, nor Any school indowed.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment:1 Three Almshouses inhabited by Three widows who have about six shillings a piece out of A Field belonging to them. We have Annuity given to the Poor by Mr. Will: Oxenh[am] out of an estate in this Parish called Culla[ford] which hath been hither to duely pa[id] & one moyety of An estate called Combe in [the] Parish of Drew’s Teignton &c.

  4. Residence upon cure: I have Constantly Resided in my own little Vicarage House.

  5. Curate: [No answer given]

  6. Divine service at other churches: No.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Sunday with A sermon in the Morning at least.

  8. Frequency of communion: On the <Three> Great Festivals & on the First Sunday in every month besides.

  9. Number of communicants: I cannot Compute with exactnesse; But there receive at every sacrament about Fourty; on the Three Festivals more; & at Easter last neare one Hundred.

  10. Catechising of children: Every Summer; Beginning with Lent & continuing as long as Children are sent or brought.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have one calld Zeal Chapel as lying in a village of that Name about A mile from the Parish Church. It lay many yeares in Ruins, but was rebuilt about 30 yeares Agoe by volunatary contributions. It has had no service ever since; nor any support.
